Essential case access

PCN Clarity uses an essential, HttpOnly cookie for each case you open. It is limited to that case’s API path and lasts up to 30 days. This is the access-cookie lifetime, not a 30-day limit on your case. You can request a fresh secure link while the case exists. Case retention is 90 days after the last activity, with a warning email 30 days before deletion. It enables access without an account. Your browser may also hold a temporary copy of a newly created secure link in session storage, until you close that browser session.

Service measurement

The app records a limited set of server-side funnel events, such as completing an upload or purchase. It does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies. Rate limiting uses a salted hash of a trusted network address; raw addresses are not stored by the application’s limiter.

Payment provider

Stripe Checkout operates on Stripe’s own site and may use its own storage and cookies. See Stripe’s privacy information.
