Who we are and what you receive

PCN Clarity provides automated information and personalised document assistance for UK private parking charges. It is not a law firm or regulated legal practice. Council and other statutory penalties are outside V1.

Prices and payment

The initial PCN Check is free. A complete personalised initial appeal costs £9.99. Each rejection/escalation response costs £4.99. Each operator evidence-pack analysis and response costs £4.99. These are total one-off prices. There is no subscription. Stripe Checkout processes payment, and paid features unlock after server verification.

Delivery and review

After payment is verified, your digital response is prepared and made available in your secure case. Processing typically starts immediately but may be delayed by unreadable documents or service failures. A saved purchase can be retried without another payment. We do not guarantee cancellation or any particular assessment strength.

You must supply accurate information, check extracted details, review every statement in the draft, attach evidence you actually hold and submit through the correct route. Keep your original documents and check deadlines independently. Using PCN Clarity does not pause a deadline or preserve a discount.

Cancellation and problems with your purchase

Before preparation begins you may contact support to cancel your digital-content purchase. Checkout asks for your express request for immediate supply and acknowledgment that your cancellation right for that digital content is lost once supply begins. This does not affect statutory rights where content or services are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with the required care and skill. If your response cannot be delivered, contact support for a remedy, including a refund where appropriate.

To request cancellation, email the contact above with: “I give notice that I cancel my PCN Clarity purchase”, your case reference, purchase date, name and email. No special format is required.

Your secure case

Keep access links private. Anyone possessing a valid link may access the case. Download your documents before the 90-day retention period ends. You may delete your case sooner; necessary payment records may be retained separately.

Fair use and responsibility

Do not upload malicious files or documents you are not entitled to use, impersonate others or abuse the service. AI can make mistakes; review the output and seek qualified advice if your situation requires it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
